Application for Admission to various programmes offered by the Institution, should be made only on the prescribed form, which can be downloaded from the web site.
The application form duly filled in along with the following copies to be submitted directly (or) by registered post
1. A DD for Rs. 1000 (Uniform for all courses) drawn in favour, of “Deeksha Educational Welfare Society” payable at Faridabad.
2. Provisional pass certificate of the qualifying examination and memorandum of marks.
3. Certificate of Date of Birth.
4. Conduct Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution where last studied.
5. Transfer Certificate
6. Three Passport size Photographs.
Fees once paid will not be refunded (or) adjusted to any other course (or) any other student.
Attendance Requirement:
Each Student is required to attend all the lectures, practicals and other prescribed curricular and co-curricular activities regularly. A minimum of 75% of attendance is must to appear for the final examination.
